As a Clinical Psychologist, I have work experience of more than 8+ years in the field of Mental health both in the corporate and healthcare sector. Currently designated as Associate Professor and Head - Department of Clinical Psychology at Adichunchanagiri Institute of Medical Sciences, India. My specialization areas are conducting employee wellbeing programs, conflict resolution,Neuropsychology, Projective techniques, and Behavioral Therapies. Professionally trained at National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS) as an external trainee.As the Clinical Supervisor for students hailing from diverse corners of the globe, including Canada, the UAE, Spain, and India, I've had the privilege of guiding their journey at the Peace-Hub Clinical Counseling and Wellbeing Center in India.Since 2019 working as a SOCIAL SCIENTIST for all the research takes place under ACU-AHRC in the Institutional-Ethical- Committee (IEC)- AIMS. More than 20 guest lectures were delivered as a resource person in various organizations in India Conducted continues employee wellbeing programs at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, various healthcare setups, medical institutions, and other corporate sectors.

Completed M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology with a Gold Medal (2017-2019), under the authorization of Rehabilitation Council of India. A Clinical Psychologist with more than 8 years of experience of being involved in the psycho-diagnostic assessment and therapeutic intervention of patients of all age groups, by addressing their concerns and helping them with appropriate strategies in order to manage their emotional, social and behavioural needs. Certified Practitioner of ‘Solution Focused Brief Therapy’ after successfully completing an internationally accredited course on the same from IASTI, Belgium, facilitated in New Delhi.
